Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

All returns require prior approval. After an eligible request is approved, Zorexil provides a free prepaid downloadable return shipping label. Customers must download, print, and attach the label before shipping the return according to the provided instructions.

Returned products are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
