You are not required to create an account to submit an opt-out request.
Do not email passwords, full payment-card information, card security codes, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Processing Your Request
Zorexil will review and process valid privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.
Zorexil may request limited additional information when reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records or determine whether a particular privacy right applies. Information supplied for this purpose will be used to evaluate and process the request.
Submitting an opt-out request does not prevent Zorexil from using or disclosing information when reasonably necessary to:

Authorized Agents
